Hi! My name is Jennifer Creasey. So glad you stopped by! I was born in Anchorage Alaska. I have been beading since 1994 and in 2002 I decided to share my bead patterns with you online. I find inspiration for designs pretty much everywhere and anywhere. I especially like designing bead patterns with an "Alaskan" theme.

I'm a stay-at-home mom. My husband is the local Public Safety Officer. He's the one who really encouraged me to offer my bead patterns online. He's my very best friend and a great dad!

We live in a tiny village located in Southwest Alaska. The picture to the left was taken on top of Marsh Mountain. Our house is right at the mouth of Wood River. It would be in the center of the photo where the lake comes to a point and disappears behind the mountain.

Gets pretty cold here during the winter. And dark. On nice days my husband and I like to snowmachine. I'm not much of an ice fisher, but the kids enjoy it. January is our coldest month with tempatures dipping 30 degrees below zero. On days like that it's best just to stay indoors! This explains why I mainly design in the winter. I'd rather stay toasty warm indoors with my computer.

Juneau

Living at the mouth of a river means lots of bears! We've had quite a few bears walk through our yard and across our beach. We have 4 dogs that help ward off any late-night visitors. Ikaiaka, Juneau, Grizzly Adams and Sugar Pie.
